I was so pleased I asked if she would help sell my other house. I wanted to pay the money for staging, she consoled me with the current market didn’t need staging. I was skeptical. I told her what I thought the house should be listed at, she suggested $20,000 more. I was skeptical. The house sold for $15,000 above that and had a signed offer 26 hours after the house was posted. She was right all along, but never made me feel like my ideas were not important. She worked with me to make sure we, as a team, got the best price/offer possible. I could not be more pleased.
